The Balenese pay much attention to detail. These are typical characters which can be seen at the temples and as decorations at hotels and other areas. Also take note on the figure at the bottom and the dragon at the back.
This fish is known as the harlequin sweetlips. I photographed this one on one of our dive trips in Thailand. The adults look completely different from the juveniles.
