Jodhpur is also referred to as the Blue City due to the blue-painted houses around the Mehrangarh Fort. It is the second largest city in the Indian state of Rajasthan. The city is known as the Sun City for the bright, sunny weather it enjoys all year (Wiki).

Beautiful colors are also abundant in nature, such as this blue Christmas tree worm which I photographed at the Similan Islands in Thailand.
The idea of this shoot was to play around with makeup and lighting. Anel Dreyer was the model for this shoot and Anel Cronje from Makeup-Me did the makeup.

It was a beautiful sunset at Melkbosstrand. Instead of doing a normal landscape shot with a wide angle lens, I took the 600 mm to capture the sun. The colors were unbelievable.
I photographed this lady at the Amer fort in Jaipur, India, on my visit there in 2010. I played around with filters to give the photo a different feel.

We were supposed to do this outdoor shoot three weeks ago on the little girl’s first birthday. Unfortunately the weather did not want to give us a chance. But finally we got a non rainy day and we had these amazing clouds.
